The restaurant in Central Stockholm was named Frantzén/Lindeberg three years ago, but with the departure of pastry chef Daniel Lindeberg in may 2013, the name has decreased.
The interior of the place, without exaggeration, can be called Spartan, in the canons of the new Scandinavian style.
Local products are used in the dishes, some of which are grown in the garden at the restaurant. Some of the ingredients are quite exotic (in the understanding of ordinary visitors) - confit of pork head, pancakes from the liver with cherries and violets, macaroon with galangal and bird liver.
