How To Build Self Confidence

Confidence: the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something; firm trust.

A criminal is confident that they can do and can get away with the crime that they want to commit...

A playa has confidence that he can get any women that he wants...

A business man has confidence that he can negotiate business deals ...

Confidence means that you got this...

Some people have confidence naturally and others aren't...

Some people are raised in households that believe in reassurance, to build self confidence...

But lets say that is not you!

How can you build self confidence?

First by not being delusional...

Don't be fake with yourself. Know what you are good at and know what you suck at...

Look at the areas in your life that you want to have confidence in...

You have to become competent in those areas...

How do you become competent in these areas?...

You have to work on these areas over and over again until you become good at it...

When you become good at something, you develop a level of competency...

When you develop competency you develop confidence...

Many moons ago I did not like giving presentations to an audience. I would stutter or lose my train of thought when I was speaking...

I was lacking confidence in speaking to an audience...

So, I read books, listen to audios and then practice over and over again how to speak to an audience...

Once I had became good at it, I had the confidence that I can give a presentation to an audience...

The major key in order to build confidence is by doing something over and over again and becoming good at it...

When you become competent in that particular area, then that brings you to the level of confidence...

That's how to build confidence...
