Monkeys and other primates.

Monkeys are close relatives of humans.people,monkeys,lemurs,tarsiers,and apes all belong tobagroup of about 200 different kinds of animals called primates.primates are intelligent and quick to learn new skills.many have long tails and live in trees.All primates have froward -pointing eyes,strong fingers for gripping,and long arms.Most hsve special thumbs that can move across their plams to press against the fingers.This means they can hold even small objects tightly.

Grooming Fur- like all primates,baboons spend much of their day grooming themselves and each other.Grooming is an important social activity as well as a way of keeping the fur clean.many other kinds of mammals also groom each other's fur.
Night Eyes-each of the tarsier's huge eyes weighs more than its brain.The tarsier is active at night.when its enormous eyes help to make it a successful hunter of insects,birds,snakes,and lizards.

Leaping lemur-early in the morning,lemurs climb up to the treetops in madagascan forests to sun themselves after the cold night with their long hind legs,they can leap from tree to tree in search of fruit and seeds.

Noisy monkeys-the male red howler monkey of south America has one of the loudest voice of any animal.sometimes a group of males from a troop of monkeys join together in a deafening chorus of howling that can be heard up to 3km (2 miles) away.The sound warns other howler monkeys to stay away.
