After 6 hours ferry services started in Daulatdia.

Ferry services started after Daulatdia-Paturia after a long fog shut for nearly 6 hours. On Thursday, the ferry service started again at 10:30 am when the density of fog reduce.

Due to long-distance f, many vehicles were stuck waiting for the river to cross the river. Moreover, the intensity of winter in the river area is a little more. The passengers were trapped in the extreme woe.

Earlier, the ferry service was stopped in this route due to dense fog in the river around 4am.

BIWTC Dowaltadiya Ghat Assistant Manager (Trade) Md. Khorshed Alam said that due to dense fog, the ferry service was stopped from 4am to 10am on this route today morning. With the increase in the density of fog in the river Padma, the ferry movement started again.

However, due to the long-distance ferry movement, some vehicles are waiting for the river to cross. If the ferry service is normal, the pressure of the vehicle will be reduced in the serial, he said.
