Club5050 || the handover event of the new principal’s office at the school I teach

On this occasion, I would like to make a post regarding the handover of the headmaster position at the school where I teach. In the beginning, Mrs. Susanti, who was the principal of the school, has now been replaced by Mr. Khairul Mahdi, who used to be my colleague in the teacher position. Where now he has been entrusted to occupy the position of principal. where before he became the principal at the school where I taught he was already the principal at SMP Negeri 3 Paya Bakong. Devana there almost 1 year he served as principal. After that there was a large-scale mutation carried out in the North Aceh district and now he has become the principal of the school where I teach. Hopefully in the future we can bring big changes to our school community and can make our school more advanced.

As long as I work as a teacher, I know 5 leaders in my school and each principal has his own character and leadership style, but the most impressive is the current principal, a millennial headmaster who is open-minded to new things or changes. so that it has a clear and appropriate school vision

in my opinion the task of a leader is to be able to be an example for those he leads or as an educator then as a manager, a leader must be able to manage the environment he leads and the task of a leader as a supervisor must be able to supervise the resources in it then which is no less important is to become an entrepreneur, meaning that here you must have a business spirit and more importantly, the primary maker or climate maker must create a comfortable climate for the environment or its ecosystem.

Ecosystem in general is an ecological system formed by an inseparable reciprocal relationship between living things and their environment, while the school ecosystem is a school environment consisting of principals, teachers, students, school guards who have reciprocal relationships and factors that affect the school ecosystem, of course. the resources in it are assets, both infrastructure, principals, teachers, students, the environment, and the community

The task of a leader in a school is of course managing human resources, facilities and infrastructure as well as financial resources my position at school is only as an honorary teacher so I don't make many decisions but I have contributed a lot to the school during these 16 years and am not a person who is rigid about change so it is easy to adapt and that is a strength for me My hope after studying this module for myself is that I want to be a leader who is able to manage resources by maximizing their potential for students. I want to be a learning leader who frees students and for schools to become a leader who creates a good climate for the school ecosystem.
