A lovely greetings to all steemians and complement of the season, what God's can not do, does not exist. God has always been my hero for that reason I'm grateful. I'm very excited to participate in this fantastic, epic and amazing contest in the Africonsonsteem community. I will likely show my gratitude to Mr. @Muhammad Ahmad and the Africonsonsteem community for organizing this epic contest. Today's weather was okay, showing signs of sunny weather.I think this is my first time running a contest in this community. You've done a good job, sir. This morning I was thinking of running a contest today then I saw this contest and decided to run the contest. And I really believe that I will be appreciated for sharing a live leadership in this community.

The leader that inspired me was my own friend he was a great leader the very first time me and him went for ministration, he always make sure that his followers are been taken care of. he also sponsored there transport fee going and coming back, i Then join his group and we became a very big family what a very talented gospel singers who have decided to do things for God. He always calls on us and we share our achievements and pray for more success. There is another leader in the school who makes sure that he carries all of the chemistry students since he was my course rep. He carries the load and joins with his studies he never mind. He makes me know that's has a leader you must be strong and be positive in what you do and said, I admired his passion A lot.

They care about the well-being of their members, showing care and attention. He has a clear sense of direction,purpose and empathy by understanding and connecting with others. In terms of communication, Min.gospel has an effectiveness and transparency in communication with the team. The both of them always kept to time and never ran late and had strong moral principles and ethics.

Since I know them they have always been Authenticity, Innovative, Humility, Accountability and Passion in what he does.

Yes, he makes me a better leader. I now mentor, empower and guide my team. Now I'm a role model in the eyes of society. I now get feedback and constructive criticism.

Minister Gospel provides opportunities for growth and development in our team members, he always has a profound impact on the personal and professional growth of their team members. And make me a better version of myself.

Being a leader is not easy because you are trying to bring different people together and make them work in a team.
