I was craving beef and had some soy chuncks I hadn't used (ever) before but I'm really impressed! I took 75 grams and thought it would do,

but after preparing the soy chuncks this amount had changed to 265 grams. wow! A bag of 500 grams for almost a good amount of money seemed expensive,

but what I got eventually in volume after the prepping was really worth it. Before preparing, I soaked the chunks in boiled vegetable bouillon for 10 minutes.

After the 10 minutes I drained the liquid, drained the soy chunks, cooled and then squeezed it. After squeezing it was ready for use in all dishes.

I could think of. I made the beef that I was craving today and was not dissapointed. Delicious 😍

It would be like you can soak up marinade well! they have them at United Noodles, you maybe curious about the the protein content!

but I am not sure how clear it is. I don't know what united noodles is. Protein content is pretty high from what I could see.

I only recently discovered these myself, and I didn’t know i were supposed to squeeze the water out.

I am glad to do so! They soak in marinade really quick too even a thicker sauce if you want to try that after the squeezinvg.
