The Diary Game [26/03/2023]Physical census day at work.

Hello @everyone accept special greetings from this end of globe.Today is another awesome for me to share with people how my day unfolded . For the past two weeks we have been busy doing online census .Trying to update our information under the ministry of secondary education.

The excercise has not been easy as one need to ensure her information is filled well. This census for teachers was brought this year by the ministry of education .It was realized that a lot of teachers have abandoned their duty in my country and have traveled out to other countries .

The problem with the ministry of education is not about traveling out of the country and abandoning duty but still negotiating with their boss’s for their salary to be passing without them present on duty .This census is to enable teachers who have abandoned their duty post .To be track out and terminate from the system .

A lot of youth are unemployed.This will enable the government to lunch recruitment in the secondary education of Cameroon to recruit teachers who are interested to teach . To day the ministry team was at the delegation in our division to start carrying out census with teachers in various school .

We were booked to be present at the delegation for physical census at 12:00pm .Before heading there we needed to put documents in order needed for the physical census .We as teachers had to stop by in school and have a brief meeting with the principal.After, the peggogic inspector of from the delegation in charged of my subject .Came to carryout control for few minutes in our department.

We were all present , I had hurry and type the third term scheme of work and insert in my logbook . I already did the handwritten type .In less than few minutes the inspectors were done with us and left .It was time to move to regional delegation for the physical census .We are many in our school we are about 275 staff in our school. We were asked to past our files with requested documents.

The delegation was very fast with physical census and each teacher was called.To do Tomb print ,snapshot etc .Documents were checked if all required are there . It was not easy as I was the last set of group to do census . I left from the delegation at 6:30pm .There was heavy rain fall , luckily my colleague carried in his car as he is going to the same direction with me .

My day was a very busy one doing physical census and being checked by pedagogic inspector . I thank God the physical census was a success.Wishing everyone a blissful weekend✌️.
