Green chili lung
Material:
250 gr of lung (ungkep, dry fry)
2 orange leaves
Oil for mucum
Spices, Puree:
3 bamer
2 baput
2 pecan (roasted)
1 tbsp coriander (roasted)
2 cm turmeric (burn)
2 cm Lengkuas geprek
1 btg lemongrass geprek
Salt to taste - + 800ml water

Spice chili ijo:
15 cb rawit ijo (steamed)
5 cb ijo gede / criting (steamed)
5 cb rawit devil who wrn green (steamed)
5 iris bamer
1 iris baput
1/2 lime juice squeeze the water
Salt, sugar, flavor sufficiency

How to make:
- Poultry lung with ungkep smp water shrink, lift
- Fry dry lung (me: 2x fry) set aside
- Roughly crushed chilli pans
- Sauté the smp smoothie fragrant and then input the leaves of orange and baput stir fry smp wilted new input chili, lung fried cook until well mixed add lime juice, salt, sugar, flavorings and flavor correction, turn off the fire ready to be served.
