It is profoundly heart breaking and painful to see even disable people in an Islamic Republic of Pakistan flounder for living and they are forced to work in the most Dire conditions. It is certainly a slap to our government, society and our norm. Hazrat Umar Farooq RA envisaged a benevolent benefits system for disable citizen of the state. According to that law those disable people will receive huge grants from the government in a bid to fulfil all their problems. Even their journey was covered by the state, food was paid by state and their security was more accurate than the rest of the people. Under the Islamic rule Second khalifa venerated regime world has witnessed rights of disable people physically and mentally fillfilled by state.Even Today Europe, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Israel holding and applying that same Hazrat Umar Farooq RA benefit Law system for disabled people. Ironically but our Islamic countries lack this law this why our poor and disable suffer hugely in our society. This is why our government is always threatened byheir own departments because of their absurd, unholy and sinful policies. Their brutal policies for disable always brought their government to Ashes. We therefore strongly urge government to immediately envision benefits law for disable people. Government must issue them weekly pay, their transport, food, medical and education costs must be completely covered by the government. Without giving rights to our disable people our country can never be able to succeed nor progressed. Our society is a cruel catalyst for disable people we must make our society fit for our disable people if we want to be call humens not animals, beasts and insects. Government must adopt Second khalifa Hazrat Umar Farooq RA model for disable as soon as possible otherwise our Prime Minster will be disqualified by Almighty through different sources and will be humiliated.
