Pressure resistance of modern slaves

The Greek debt is unsustainable (it has been for 10 years)

The recipe for neoliberal economists with bureaucratic inspiration is as follows: the insolvent country - that is, the country with unpaid (too high) debts - that after a long period of unscrupulous sucking of almost its entirety (Greek blood!) and successful introductions (through Brussels dictators and their extortions) for genocidal 'structural' reforms of the Greek nation (especially in the future), allow or 're-propose' the possibility of additional lending to (especially the more expensive external) markets

Their recipe: Solve insolvency with the possibility of additional lending.

A year before the end of the third program of assistance to Greece, preparations in Athens and Brussels are being made for the time when the indebted country can return to full financial markets again, and at least the plan is to save financial dependence.Seven years after the outbreak of the debt crisis, Greece believes that it will not be necessary to conclude a new, already fourth aid scheme to finance its operation. Among the key reasons for this are positive economic indicators and slightly improved fiscal position of the country, as well as the expectation that the Troika of international lenders will support the easing of the Greek debt after the end of the third aid program, which most economists agree, is unsustainable.

2,315 polling stations prepared for referendum in Catalonia

There was a lot of things happening around this new wave for Catalonia as an independent state. If I list a few of them:

  • September 16th = Spanish police searched voting papers in newspapers
  • September 20th = The Catalan government accuses Spanish government of crossing the "red line"
  • September 21st = The Spanish Constitutional Court punished the organizers of the Catalan referendum
  • September 24th = Madrid took control of the Catalan police
  • September 27th = The Catalan police says: We will not yield under the pressure

The Spanish police seized more than six million ballots and envelopes and 100 ballot boxes before Sunday's referendum on the independence of Catalonia.

"The police seized 2.5 million ballots, four million envelopes and 100 electoral boxes at the warehouse in Igualada," a police source said, who wanted to remain unnamed. The Catalan referendum will also be accompanied by dozens of international observers. These are members of current and former governments, parliaments and the European Parliament.

In accordance with the provision of the Spanish Constitution that Spain is an indivisible State, the Constitutional Court declared the referendum unlawful. European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker recently warned Catalonia that their possible secession should be legitimate.

Despite the opposition of the Spanish government, which considered the referendum unconstitutional, and ordered the regional police to take control of the polls, the Catalan authorities are determined to hold the vote on Sunday.

Hi... Good post, It's excellent having someone translating to english pieces we otherwise could never read. I also write about this topics, world politics, mass media, propaganda. This is my last post in case you are interested: https://steemit.com/propaganda/@homerus/morgan-freeman-goes-to-war-with-russia

Hello Homerus. Translating is no problem as I read and listen to lot of media in english language too. Seems like we have pretty similar topics ;) Sure, I will check it

Yeah! I'm Peruvian and I also translate to and from Spanish. I've written a couple of times for many Independent journalism blogs like Globalresearch.ca antiwar.com dissidentvoice.org and more! But I'm only starting here at Steemit...

That is great. I also work on Translation directory to translate on demand. You're doing a great work.

Greece: just dissolve the government. Hold a referendum to basically secede from itself. New constitution, everything. Say the debts of the old government are not inherited. The new government overthrew the old and isn't responsible for their debts.

Spain: I hope Catalonia achieves independence.

That kind of referendum would be easy way out. But in that case, even those who would lose everything with this referendum (like....politicians and bankers) , would have to agree. And yes, Catalonia should get their independence without integration into EU

Great post, Global debt in general is unsustainable. The World is in for a rough ride in the upcoming Years.

I feel that this ride will be extremely interesting. Lots of ups and downs, volatility at its high... we will see

Hi, interesting post. Personally, I think the way the EU has managed Greece is terrible and the pain it has brought to the Greek people will not be forgotten. I'm British and think the EU behave like a dictatorship.

Seems like we have pretty same feelings. Few times whole countries voted against their doing and EU dictators did what they meant anyway. Btw, I am Slovenian

The EU is just another Empire and we all know what happens to them!

...happens to all unions. Even the leader of USSR Mikhail Gorbachev said, they had a Union and look what happened.
“The most puzzling development in politics during the last decade is the apparent determination of Western European leaders to re-create the Soviet Union in Western Europe.”
― Mikhail Gorbachev

How true. No one seems to learn from the past.

New technology is giving individuals voice and the power to use it and while one voice goes unheard connected voices do not.

If the Catalan's had used online voting, what would have the government done about that turn off the internet? State -sponsored cyber-attacks. Who knows till the next one.
