If you don't look at the economic and political details, Russia is very nice country indeed. Moscow is very centralised, and most finances of Russia are turning around in Moscow. The result of that is that, Moscow is very advanced and progressive town, while whole other parts of Russia are just trying to get along, but can never achieve that. Same thing as Miami, Washington, San Francisco and Los Angeles in US. But in Russia, the difference is even bigger...
