It is very hard to predict how next season is gonna be like due to the fact that some transaction will be done with the transfer window open come July.
I will go with Manchester City because their next target is to the UEFA Champions League which is their top priority if is not this season but definitely next season. Every season they continue to improve and with Pep on the touchline, next season will be filled with the best squad because he knows his target and with their status at the moment, every player will be trail to play for them.

While tomorrow is unpredictable, one thing we know for sure is football transfer window always comes with a blend of drama. Anything can happen, football clubs can pull up a string to attract players you thought they would bid for. So the drama is usually interesting to watch. For me i have my eyes on real madrid. R.Madrid have always had the stomach to attract high profile talented players in the world to Spain and considering they have been interested in one of the world's true talent mbappe. It would really be interesting to see and know who real madrid would line up with Mbappe in there squad.

The I think would have a best team next season is Chelsea. Because looking at their team, they have young players Gallagher,Broja,Gilmour and other young talents from the academy side. So with them bringing those qualities into their team, they would have a strong team next season. Chelsea have one of the best coach in the world. Is only injuries that can disturb them but not much. Kante in their midfield and Mendy in goalpost with all the high profile players in the team will make them one of the best teams next season. They are even trying to bring in quality of players like Dembele,Raphinha,Gnabri and Hazard to their team that will also strengthen their team. So with the above reasons,I think Chelsea would have the best team next season.

For me I think is Liverpool because looking at there squad now and the players they are going for in the transfer market like Lautaro Martinez of Inter Milan with him in the squad plus salah,Mane,Jota and Diaz. I think there team will be a force to reckon with come next season.
