When you go out with a running group, everyone is going to run at the same pace. Everyone will greet you and no one will judge you by any means. No one will say anything to put you down or feel negative at anytime. All will be there to encourage you and for you to do your best at all times.I like to continue our conversation about running as a means of keeping yourself active and healthy.
