Contest: Sports And Health

I like sport, in school we often played football with boys but also badminton in winter, because we had a nice big sport hall. My parents showed me how to play badminton when I was 6 years old and I was trying hard to hit the ball. One of my favourite sport is cycling, me and my friends we often try to do regular cycling weekends, we visit different places and often then decide to stop for picnic or visit interesting places like museum or parks.
Because of my love to cycling, my parents bought me a bike with battery so often when we are tired then I can use this battery and that helps me to continue the journey.
Doing regular sport gives us many benefits:
our physical health, muscles of body and our limbs but also our heart and lungs are getting stronger
playing any sport with others we improve our communication and also our ability to work with others as a group of people we learn from each other and also they learn from us
due to cycling me and my friends spend days on fresh air, often when we are in parks we have plants around us and away from big city centres
If people do not do sport then earlier or later there will be some noticeable changes like:
our heart and lung will not be able to work good under pressure and we notice that even on minimal exertion we become short of breath and tired
we feel tired during the day and sleepy because our body and brain has not enough oxygen
often those ones who do not do sport are not able to work together with others as a team
also those people feel lonely and may get depression
Yes, I agree with this statement, we all have to have some sports in our life even if it is just yoga or simple exercises at home that we can do on our own. Often people do jogging and those ones also take part in some running for some goals. Over here in my city people like to run for some charity goals and collect money for Cancer Research or for any other charities. We all know each other very well and that is something that help us physically and mentally

Yes, I believe parents should encourage and support their children so that they really could try different sports and stuff that they enjoy.
