try listening to music as you sleep...its tricky because you need to get the volume low enough where it doesn't keep you awake but high enough where you still hear it in your dreams - its a trip! I did it for a week and experienced some incredible sensations
wow now you made me exited ! I will definitely try that out. Classic music or more nature sounds ? What do you recommend?
Classical because of the melodies! More for your brain to interpret / digest, but anything that makes you relaxed will work (I was using 50's doo wop)
