While I write this post, my head is aching with untolerable pain caused by unknown type of migraine. But I have to force my fingers and my brain work now for tomorrow is uncertain. Who knows? I might not be able to do this in the coming days. So, let`s go.

In this post, I want to voice my sincere thanks to @surpassinggoogle who founded #untalented contest. Without this kind of contest (I stumbled few weeks ago but I didn`t care at all!!), the road for realizing one`s success in steemit can be really daunting. Followers, upvoters, reesteemers and authors line all the way, exhausted to their unsuccessful daily steemit routine. So with all my heart, once again, thank you @surpassinggoogle.

I want also to express my gratitude to @artaddict who first welcomed me in #steemgigs and who patiently answered all my questions in regard to #untalented.

Here we go!

I already published my introductory post few weeks ago, wherein I tackled more on my experiences in life rather than who am I. I intentionally left my post hanging that way and limited my details for I thought I have the most uninterested story on steemit. But thanks to myself!! I can now reveal to you my name and where I am living - the important information I missed to include in my previous post under the tag, #introduceyourself.

My certified name is Sarah Lagmay (a.k.a xhunxhiss). I live in Philippines for my entire life and I can say that I am proud to be a child of the sun returning. “Pilipino ako!” (I am a Filipino!). I was born in a mountainous Sabangan, situated within the Cordillera Central mountain range, February 5, 1995, between two and three o`clock at night, a few hours before the dawn.

To be honest, it will take me a lot of efforts and an ocean of confidence before I can be able to deliver my thoughts in the succeeding paragraphs of this post - which I desire to write it in a poem style. I love writing Tagalog poems like Ang Bayani Sa Malayong lupa <<<>>> The Hero In A Faraway Land. I admit that I am not an expert poet of English yet.  So please bear with my grammars, typos and etc.

HUNGERTHIRSTY OF TRUTH

On the foot of an ineffable mountain, is my birthplace,

Gladly to life that I would now count the cost,

For it first opened to me before this burning universe,

All hail! How sweet it was to grow even in the frost.

Heaven`s glory mellifluously proclaimed the Giver of Life,

So that I will be like a blooming flowers in invigorating autumn,

Yet I often find myself with a big question, “Does God know me?”

More days went by and my big question only lost itself in the blossoms.

From nothingness to accumulation of vast knowledge,

Critical thinking shape my head that caused me to quit college,

For I hate the society I belong, its trickery and confusing laws,

Ever troubling the faith I keep and wanting to fill this pause.

Even my appreciation in life slays my soul without glee,

And the gratefulness drops a blood to my struggling hearts,

What do we dream if not to live with cordial rays of arts?

What is there for humanity but to pray free?

Tearfully crippled at the edge of unanswered prayers and questions,

 I shouted at the clime of the sun, moon and stars,

Imprisoned in a lonely island of bitterness and confusions,

I wept this faded life and made an impious wish to fly in Mars.

Epochs in my life are filled with wonders of where the world heading to,

If death is like a deep sleep, then I shall willingly go,

And if I sleep in God`s bosom, I shall sleep in eternity,

To the ethereal wind of time, let it not disturb me in its certainty.

People lament over the death of their loved ones,

And these virgin thoughts beset by marvels fierce my brain,

Oh! Why do they grieve? Are they not going to rejoice for their death ones?

For they go in a perfect world, where the Most High reign.”

Also they say, “our beloved ones will either go to heaven or hell!”,

Yet they believe in ghost and apparitions of deaths,

How do deaths turn into ghost when they are in heaven or hell?

For what purposes God or Satan allow them to come down on earth?

Speak please! For I am not oblivion, not anymore!

The God that I have never seen hid beyond my hiraeth,

Why He withhold Himself from speaking to me literally?

Like He once did to those people in days of yore?

Oh yes! But despite things that come from the abysses of angered pain,

I learnt to accept society and its beliefs in annoyance,

And celebrate the world with my virtuous life in joyance,

For one day I will see and stand no more, “thy world mayst remain”!

If the rain pours down and lightning comes thundering across the seas,

I must not awake from my imaginations and feel ease!

For I don`t wish to see armies of dark clouds above me,

Carrying the hapless sun in the East with urgency of the moment.

I don`t want to wake up to witness the mortal of everything!

I desire the world to let me sleep in supine position,

In peace, I shall rest in my tomb where there is no vision,

In the sunlit of aurora, I shall be home to God, e`er the King.
