La plataforma steemit a veces es algo extraña para la situaciones de plagio. El plagio no es suficientemente bien castigado.
Y por otra parte, muchas publicaciones con contenido original que son muy mal recompensados. Sé de muchos usuarios que abandonaron la plataforma porque aún teniendo trabajos impecables sus publicaciones no eran bien votadas.
A veces, no se valora que alguien escriba bien. Lo que se valora es que tengas muchos seguidores de mucho peso y que voten por ti.
Así que más allá del plagio, me pregunto -qué hacer para que los usuarios no se desanimen y sigan creando sus maravillosas publicaciones y que éstas sean bien remuneradas?
Hola @marcybetancourt es cierto lo que dices y te entiendo, particularmente la comunida de xpilar busca premiar y apoyar el contenido de calidad y original, seguimos trabajando en ello y esperamos que los usuarios se sientan bien y a gusto con nuestro trabajo, nuestro deber es ayudarlos y apoyarlos lo mas posible.!! Talk channel is the good idea for the solving any issue,i also think creating a discord server for better communication.

my respect to @xpilar and community Moderators,
When I first joined Steemit, I had selected a number of witnesses when I entered Steemit through a friend's laptop, now I login to Steemit via my cellphone. I forget who the Steemit witnesses I chose first, lest there are witnesses that I chose were not in line with Steemit and wanted to destroy it.
For this reason, ask moderators to help me by recommending names of good witnesses.
