Material: acrylic, canvas. I wanted to create something unusual, for example, the sun and the moon. The idea came while painting. I did not write clearly according to the sketch I created. I rarely create a sketch because I like to embody the ideas that come when creating a painting. Of course, if I am asked to paint a picture from a photo, then I transfer it from the photo to the canvas. In general, I like to create something of my own.

The material for the picture I choose is not cheap. If you paint a picture with cheap paints, you will not get anything in the end, only spoil your nerves, you will not get any pleasure, and a bad mood is provided for a long time. Then you will need time to move away from this in order to start painting again. I had it. I ordered acrylic paints on the Internet, the manufacturer is Italy, the price is average. As a result, a whole wooden suitcase came to me in which were small tubes of paints. This is just horror and not paint, it was taken with a film, when applying the second layer, the beauty simply lagged behind the canvas. I painted a couple of small paintings with these paints: the first is a tree day and night, I showed you this picture, then pepper and flamingos, but I did not even show these paintings. Now they are stored in the garage and dusted. This was my first experience with acrylic. I thought I was doing something wrong once the paint went bad. I decided that acrylic is not mine, I returned to watercolor paints. But still, in time, my dream of learning to paint on canvas is back. Once again, I decided to try writing with acrylic. This time I already consulted with the artist, she advised me the acrylic paints Tair. They are average in price and are of good quality. Indeed, Tahir is a good paint, I could apply a second, third coat, while the paint went well. I started with small-format paintings, such as poppies and peonies, which I showed you. Then I decided on a large format picture. I ordered canvas 1 meter / 80

The canvas came, I put it under the wall, but I could not decide to start writing on this huge canvas. Passing by the canvas, my eyes looked only at it) And then I decided to start. It was evening, so I just managed to draw a ship. The next day I took up the paints, painted for a long time, but it was worth it. The painting found its new home.

As a result, I decided to conduct experiments with paints myself, I bought tubes of paints individually from different companies. For example: sonnet, rosa, santi, primo acryl, art kompozit and of course tair. I don’t even know what kind of paint these are on my first dream, I like them all. They lie beautifully on the canvas, are not taken in grains, it is easy to erase if you make a mistake in painting. Of course, if there is a mistake, then you need to erase it until the paint has dried, I do it with a wet cloth. I want to buy bright acrylic paints to write a very bright picture. But this is in the future. Since after each painting, especially if it is large-scale, you need to buy the necessary paint. For example, I have the fastest time running out of white paint, blue, because I have a marine theme, I use a lot of blue for the sky, the sea.

Now let's get it in order. The first thing I start with is a pencil sketch.

I always draw underpainings, then it’s easier to navigate.

I use a lot of different brushes. I mainly work with small brushes. But when the picture is big for the sky, the sea, I use big brushes.

I like to take photos with the picture, even when it is still in the process. Then it’s interesting for me to revise. Looking at myself, I remember those emotions when I wrote this picture.

I don’t paint pictures when I’m in a bad mood, because the artist conveys this. And I want to put my love in my picture, so that I could then say without a doubt: I WRITE PICTURES WITH LOVE!

That's actually the paint in my hand. By the way, I bought a thinner for acrylic. You add dilute to the paint and then the paint dries more slowly, closer to the effect of oil paints. But I did not notice such an effect. I think this is just a waste of time.

At this stage, I have already started writing the sea.

That's what I was talking about, I changed the sky, although I also liked the first option, but I needed a more vivid picture.

At this stage I am already writing a boat and a sailboat. There is very little left. I love when it comes to detail, I like to draw small details.

Well, my picture is ready. I will show you it from different angles. By the way, I have short videos, maybe I will mount them and there will be one, then I can show you. I covered this picture with matte varnish so that it would not shine.
