- The perfection: Does not exist the only thing that we achieve with it is to frustrate ourselves by not achieving our goal and frustrating those people that we involve, we always give our best effort, if we do not manage to review the things you have done wrong to improve it. and if we are satisfied with what we do, we aim higher to continue growing. but let's avoid the word perfection, never everything comes out perfect and from it we learn to correct.
- Clutter: When you do not have a good organization, we are more prone to clutter and bad humor by not managing our time and lowering our performance due to the mess we cause in our lives
- Sedentary lifestyle: No matter what our type of work, we should not stay more than three hours in the same position, we have to take short times to exercise in that short time our body, as active pauses. projects a series of movements for this short time such as: movement of the head, shoulders, hands, wrists, waist, legs, stretches. For the blood to flow in our body so we will avoid illnesses, lessons and exhaustion
- gossip: If we have any discomfort with our boss partner, it is not time to disclose and cause discomfort in the work environment this puts our work site heavy and also in our home. find the right time to talk with the person, if you feel that you are not letting work and grow in your area is time to talk, without gossiping in the corridors
- Complaints: Like gossip, complaints are synonymous with wasting time, we avoid complaints, it only makes us waste time and takes away credibility in our environment. The complaints are for people who are not sure of what they are doing, let's try our work be transparent if at some moment we feel the need for that word we simplify it and the only thing we want is to make better use of our work time.
That our stay in this world is not in vain, remember we are what we want to project every day a plan of life, to live better we are not conformist is the great enemy of our coexistence, we are kind, we salute with love, if you feel the need to embrace someone is the time to make a hug is a great liberator of endorphins, do not make fun of people be punctual and respectful with the time of others and yours, be punctual is to be responsible.
