Hi guys..today I want share you about the food.This is the appetizer I make today as an extra menu for breaking the fast.
This appetizer is called Kelepon, Buah Malaka or onde-onde, but in Aceh this is called Boh rom-rom.

Boh rom rom is one of popular dish in Aceh, besides it taste very delicious, how to make it also very easy.Let's check it out..

Ingredients:

1. 3 oz flour, enough warm water, and a little salt, you can also give a little dye, but you can using natural dyes here.

2. For the stuffing ingredients you can using brown sugar or sugar.and for topping or springkle you can use grated coconut.

How to make:

1. Put the glutinous rice flour into a bowl, add a little salt and pour the warm water little by little until the material can be shaped like a ball.
   Make all of them like a circle, press the center then fill with brown sugar or sugar. after that cover it again and continue make circle shape.

2. If the material is finished, you can cook it in boiling water, after the cake floats, then you can pick it up with a sieve.

3. After that you can give a grated coconut as the topping, but do not forget,you should add bit salt and sugar in grated coconut so as not to quickly stale.

4. And the last you can serve it into a plate,good luck to try it.
