Queridos amigos hoy me levanté con mucho entusiasmo gracias Dios, salí a caminar, había dejado esta rutina porque voy a la Bailoterapia por las tardes, pero siento la necesidad de caminar en la mañana para oxigenar mi cerebro y así activarme, al regresar a mi casa me duché, me preparé un batido de pepino, celeri, limón y sábila, este es un purificador del organismo, desintoxica, proporciona oxígeno al cerebro además de darnos muchos nutrientes a nuestro cuerpo.
