Add ''Hide Comments'' on Dtube

Components

Dtube is an opensource video sharing portal and it's developed on top of steem blockchain and peoples can use dtube with their steemit credentials and also upload their videos directly on steem blockchain instead of using third party websites.

Proposal

Dtube interface and easy to use, we can find the videos we want. But it does not have the feature of Hide Comments.
For example, you can see the Hide Comments section on YouTube,but not at Dtube.
I suggest you add Hide Comments to Dtube.

Dtube users will be automatically closed with inappropriate comments or criticism by the Hide comments feature.
Many Dtube users will want to see this feature.

Benefits
Users will be motive with new features.
Most users will be able to turn off content they share with criticism.
It will be in front of the videos where bad comments may get.
