Bamboo House on the Making

hello Steem friends, How are you all? praying for all of you to have a fruitful day and be in good health.

For today's post, let me share this little house made with bamboo materials. My daughter and I were from my parent's farm and walked downhill to go home. We saw these houses on the side of the start, a wonderful display area t sell thier crafts. Local men are doing this and they had all the talents in making one.

They buy bamboo for the materials house materials and some Cogon grass too for the roofing.

The owner said that the price of the photo above , a bamboo house wit a room, kitchen, and a living room sells for 200 thousand pesos or $4,000. The makers are the ones that makes the delivery too.

Now these images below are from a different bamboo house , more little than what is above.

A closer look under the roofing . Cogon grass were finely arranged and a net is securing it in place outside.

I wonder how these people knew about this style of roofing. It looks so complicated compared to a traditional square of rectangular house.

This is what is inside the cottage. The bench surrounds a little center table and is not closed to view the surroundings. This type of cottage is best when on a beach or on top of a mountain.

The door on the cottage looks so cute. Look how they made the door hinge with just bamboo, so cute , right? And creative too.

Another one is still in the process of making, and I was so glad that I caught it like that. I thought at first that it will not last long because bamboo can be fragile sometimes. It's hollow inside so the nails cannot really hold on to it for a long time.

Here is the lower part of the cottage, the base that serves as the foundation is built to hold the whole cottage.

these are the bamboo stocks they had, it is pre-cut into the size that they need so it will be easier for them to move and clean it.

These are the cleaned bamboo ready to be installed into the cottage.

It's so good to know that the men here know how to do these cottages and made some use of themselves to provide for their families. My nephew's grandparent lives here and so are some of my cousins. I'm so proud that they are the ones that made these all. But there are other people here that sell a bamboo cottage too. they get a lot of orders from well-known tourist destinations.
