The Diary Game: A Sad Day As My Wife Was So Sick 11/3/2026

My wife fell sick today, I didn't know it was that serious, this thing started last night and she never even told me this before now. When we woke up, she told me she was having a slight headache and when I touched her neck, she was running temperature, I gave her paracetamol to take and then we went to her shop. When we arrived the shop, she was lying down with our son and I was the one that took things outside to display.

I couldn't go to work because I had to keep an eye on her to see how she is doing. She started vomiting and that was when I knew the whole thing was serious. I went outside to buy good medication for her after I told the chemist person how she was doing. She gave me some medication and then I brought it for her.

I was told I shouldn't give her the medication without her eating, so I told her to eat the porridge plantain she cooked. I followed her to eat and at a point, I told her to eat alone so that she will eat much. After she finished eating, I gave her the medication I bought then she took it. After a while, she slept off, she was sweating even when she was lying on the tiles, I had to tell her to wake up and bath small.

When she went back home and took her bath, she came back and then she told me she was getting well so I should go back home and fetch water because there was no water in the house when she went to go and bath. I went back to the house to go and fetch the water from the well. The well was still locked, I had go and collect the key to the well then I opened it and began to fetch the water and nobody was there to fetch it, I filled everything in the house with water.

After that, I bathed again and went back to the shop. I told my wife not to stress again so I was the one that was selling for customers. After that, I took my phone and began to watch the movie on my phone. I was laughing at some point because of the comic part of the movie. At least, customers weren't coming then.

In the evening, even before the usual time we used to go back home, I told my wife I was going to close the shop so that she can go and rest and take her evening medication. I closed the shop and when I got back to the house, I began to cook rice for my wife to eat first because it was time for her to eat her dinner.

After she finished eating her dinner, I gave her the medication and she took the last dose for the day. When I finished eating my own food, I took my son from the bed and bathed her and then I took my phone to have a conversation of my day with you all.
