Bireuen District Attorney Asks Village Heads to Be Careful in Managing Village Funds.
Village Heads (Keuchik) are expected to be careful in managing village funds, use according to the rules, if you do not understand, please consult the law with the Bireuen District Attorney's Office (Kejari) team.
This was conveyed by the Head of the Bireuen District Attorney's Office (Kajari), H Munawal Hadi SH MH in a meeting with the keuchik from Gandapura, Makmur and Kutablang Districts, Thursday, 3/20/2025, at the Simpang Leubu futsal field, Makmur District.
The meeting before breaking the fast was also attended by the Head of Intelligence, Wendy Yuhfrizal SH and the Head of Special Crimes, Siara Nedy SH MH. Inspectorate Inspectorate IV Fazlullah ST, also present were Head of PMG Division of DPMGP-KB Service, Zulyadi, SE, Gandapura Sub-district Head Azmi SAg, Makmur Sub-district Head Muksin S Sos and Acting Kutablang Sub-district Head Riza Wiradarma.
Head of Special Crimes, Siara Nedy SH MH said, the meeting with the keuchik from the three sub-districts was a gathering and breaking of the fast together.
In addition, discussing legal issues related to if there are and there are irregularities in the use of Village Funds that are being and will be faced by the keuchik and village officials in their respective villages.
Management of village funds, especially how to manage the village fund financial budget, both food security, other social and technical guidance problems, and also understanding Restorative Justice (RJ).
Bireuen District Attorney, H Munawal Hadi said, the keuchik should not hesitate and be shy to consult with the prosecutor. The Kajari is always open to the community, even the Kajari's official residence is always open, problems in the village are common problems.
"We must solve various village problems, especially those related to the management of village funds and others, together, we must change, change for the better and need to be careful in using Village Funds," he said.
The meeting also included discussions and Q&A with the keuchik and ended with breaking the fast together.
