Bireuen District Attorney's Office Socializes Law at SMKN 1 Gandapura.
To prevent juvenile delinquency and at the same time socialize the law, the Bireuen District Attorney's Office (Kejari) on Tuesday, 4/2/2025, visited the State Vocational High School (SMKN) 1 Gandapura, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province.
This activity is part of the Attorney Enters School (JMS) program of the Bireuen District Attorney's Office. The Bireuen District Attorney, Munawal Hadi, SH, MH through the Head of Intelligence, Wendy Yuhfrizal, SH said that the visit and socialization of the law was led by the Head of Sub-Section I of the Bireuen District Attorney's Office, Dona Popo Saragih, SH.
This activity aims to increase legal awareness among students, as well as provide a deep understanding of the negative impacts of juvenile delinquency that often occurs in the community and narcotics.
As the main resource person, the Head of Sub-Section I, Dona Popo Saragih, SH provided comprehensive material related to the problem.
In its socialization, the JMS Team of the Bireuen District Attorney's Office explained that juvenile delinquency and narcotics behavior not only have a negative impact on the teenagers themselves and their environment, but also have serious legal consequences.
This socialization received a positive response from students and teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gandapura. In the meeting, the students hoped that similar activities could continue to be carried out routinely to provide legal education that is beneficial for students.
The JMS program is one of the efforts of the Bireuen District Attorney's Office to form a young generation that is aware of the law and has an attitude of mutual respect for one another. Through school visits and socialization activities.
Questions and answers are expected to build legal awareness from an early age so that a safe and comfortable school environment is created for all students.
He added that the JMS program is expected to enrich students' knowledge of law and legislation and be able to keep the young generation of Bireuen Regency away from actions related to the law.
"This JMS program is an innovation effort and commitment of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office in increasing legal awareness for citizens, especially those with student status," he said.
