Above the waste and emptiness
Broods the spirit of God
Bringing forth God's speaking in us
Hey! Let there be light!

In Him was life and the life was the light of men
Nights decreasing, day increasing
Every day His Word we're speaking
Don't be discouraged, spirit releasing!
We are the children of God
