Chicken Kabsa | Simple Arabian Biryani With Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

Cooking oil 3 tbsp, Butter 3 tbsp
Cardamom 5, cloves 5, cinnamon 2 small sticks, Black pepper 5-7
Sliced onion 1 cup
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garama masala 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato 4 medium
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Water 3.5 cups
Soaked basmati rice 2 cups
Chicken 6 pcs
Cashew or sliced almonds 10-12 pcs
Raisins 8-10 pcs
