Literacy Day 2018 - Rwanda 🇷🇼 Chapter

Hello everyone,
How is the reading culture in your area?
In Kigali the weekend started with a literacy sensitization party in downtown.

Before the party kicked off, there was a walk organized by local officials in the education sector in collaboration with schools, NGOs and international organizations.

At the end of the walk in downtown you could see people happy 😃 and books 📖 📚 were on display for participants to have a look 👀 and/or buy.

But to express happiness as usual in the Rwandan culture people had a great cultural dance that really entertained everyone.

Let me hope that you will be able to read a book 📖📚 this weekend and more importantly, that you will remember to inspire others especially the young ones to read.
