Hello guyz '
I am very thankful to everyone in this community for guiedness and for great motivation and my achievement2 varified and now i am going towards my achievement3 which is ||Plagiarism||
To start about plagiarism i shall like to tell you about the wordings in our post so guyz our wordings will be simple so that newcomers can understand them easily and then our words would be the source of great importance for others .Now we are going towards plagiarism.
What is plagiarism?
Plagiarism means to stole the the posts ,ideas and novels of others to get rewards which is very bad and is the source of herting to others .
In reallity the newcomers donot know about the plagiarism they see differnt posts of others and which one looks mere beautiful they copy it and then posts they do so because they donot know that this is not allowed at steemit they are innocent .
So the admins maintained the achievement posts for newcomers so that they could understand easily about the whole procedure of posting at steem it and the bad effects of plagiarism.
Types of plagiarism
1.Accedential plagiarism
Accedential plagiarism occours when a user gives wrong ideas of his own idealogy and use similar words of others.
2.Mosaic plagiarism
Mosaic plagiarism occours when anyone copies a phrase from a source and donot use any quotations this is called mosaic plagiarism.
3.Direct plagiarism
Direct plagiarism accours when a user copies the whole post and pics and use them in his own post.
Effects of plagiarism
As you know that plagiarism is very bad so it has many effects .
1.It effects our repotition
2.Destroys our future
3.Other users donot like them
4.Fails to his aims
5.Removing from community
6.Muting the posts
So guys plagiarism effects our repotition specially to the newcomers .The newcomers have no good repotitions and they becomes fail to their future every user hates them in some communities their posts are muted which is very bad for them .In start the newcomers have many aims but due to plaiarism they loss their aim and fails.
So guys be aware from plagiarism our admins are helping us always so no to plagiarism.

Indeed plagiarism is a crime in writing, and I second your statement that in the beginning many people join steemit but they lost the energy because of plagiarism, they get warnings and then they stop posting. So this is why these achievements are important so that we can learn all methods of sourcing and cite.

You can enclose the source link into shorter form too by following syntax;
[source/reference] (link of source) --> I have given a gap between the square bracket and round bracket but for applying it there should be no gap in between any of the two brackets.
