A simple trick to enjoy life more!

Life comes and goes very quickly. Once we were a kid and now...

Sometimes when I recall a memory it feels so fresh but it years old. Life will pass in the blink of our eyes.

And, another thing is, we can't control life. No matter how many plans we set, how hard we try. Some events will destroy everything in a minute or some supprising events will make it memorable for the rest of our life. But if we forget to smile in between, if we can't take a break to smell the roses then what's life for?

It's not very uncommon to stress out about life and some big events. Like a new job, a wedding, having kids and all. Sometimes we make it very hard for ourselves to enjoy what we supposed to do and what we are doing. Rather we make it complicated because we can't see the happy part in it. And this thing happens because we forget to 'be in the present moment'.

Being present doesn't mean we can't think about our future or plan for life. But it's a way to be more conscious about everything happening around us, enjoy our surroundings and events and take the juice out of life. Practicing to be in the present moment helps relieve that stress, that anxiety, that worry. It also helps to improve our ability to plan and organize.

Be present means enjoying the present moment, what's happening in life and accepting everything with joy. Also at the same time conscious about our future. And thus it helps with the execution and the enjoying.

Our mental buildup is longer than any even (what stresses us out). So building the mental strength through being in the present moment is necessary. Practice this and you will find peace of mind.
