I have seen some people who always say that they don't see any hope, they don't feel there's any hope left. I don't know if they really believe it in their hearts or not.

But I personally think deep inside every human being have hope, no matter how suffering their condition is.

Hope is what keeps us running. Our goal, plan to achieve the goal may not turn in to success. Life has different twists. Hope allows us to approach and face problems of life with a better mindset. You can understand it better, just relate it with your life.

Why I'm talking about this, as everyone has hope? Because as I have said earlier about some people, who losses hope for many reasons, who choose to not have it anymore. I wish life wouldn't bring you to such a position. If you ever feel that you can't see any hope, then try to rebuild it.

Building hope is not easy. Especially when you are facing a struggle in life. But we can nurture hope in our life through self-reflection. You know, your environment, surroundings may feel the total opposite of what you are doing, or it may seem like it's impossible to get out of certain conditions.

But if you learn to trust yourself, if you choose to develop your coping skills and work on self-development, maybe you will feel more hopeful than before.

As I have said it's not easy to rebuild hope. Our surroundings may not allow us to feel hopeful for different reasons. But remember, as long as you hold the courage, have faith, empower yourself; you can be hopeful to see a better outcome.

Don't make this journey all alone. Befriend the people with a similar mentality and bring positive vibes in life.
