#SublimeSunday - Well Deserved
This particular #SublimeSunday was well earned. A long week of digital marketing, then a double shot of bar tending with a fancy restaurant as it relaunched after a lockdown.
On my only day off of the week, I wondered where I could take my better half for a little patio time. Any restaurants that took reservations were booked and those that didn’t were lined up. Not interested in any of that.
So we went back to https://revival.house as it really is my favourite place in town.
Having poured a couple hundred of these over the last couple nights, I had a pretty good idea what we would order for sunny Sunday afternoon patio drinks. We went for my west coast ipa and her white wine sangria.
They were as delicious as you would imagine.
I didn’t do a great job of framing this shot and country be arsed to crop it so we will just call this one organic and authentic. I didn’t even shoot my patented extreme dramatic closeup as I really wanted to be without my phone and live in some moments.
This is the eggs Benedict and a rueben sandwich. Seriously delicious and artistically served. I destroyed that lunch!
For dinner, I remembered I had some leftover jerk chorizo sausage pizza from the night before!
One last new ipa to cap off the night as we settled into a nice game of online Dungeons & Dragons.
