A POWERFUL WEAPON | Pray for the Philippines

Magical powers? Sword? Shield? Bow and arrow? Rifle? explosive devices? Nah! They're no match with my great weapon, PRAYER

In our life, there are a lot of things that have come, coming and will be coming our way. There are heartaches, family matters, friendship problems , seld doubt, failures , and probably almost all negative things. But is that the only time we need to talk to God? Of course not, but most of the time lots of us do that. We can only remember Him when we're feeling down and alone, When we don't know where we're going and what we're gonna do, and that's the sad truth. It's really proven and tested on my end, I cry sometimes when i am in pain and i talk to God, after that i really feel like i was really relieved, i even had some request from him and yes! he always have his perfect timing on when to grant our wishes.

But today , not only today, I actually started praying about this since the news came out. Our country Philippines , is in the midst of a super typhoon Ompong , it affected more of the Northern Luzon part of the country , most of the people are experiencing floods , landslides , no electricity and all are in the evacuation centers . So today i wanted to ask your help and cooperation , to please pray with me for the safety and recovery of all my fellow Filipinos who is in need and in suffering right now.

Oh LORD , i praise you and thank you for this another you've given us to live and to be with our loved ones. Thank you for all the blessings we have always. Today i pray for the people from Northern Luzon , who are battling against typhoon Ompong , please hug them and give them warmth on this cold stormy day. Please send a lot of good samaritan who would help and donate for the basic needs of all my kababayans. I also pray for you to please give comfort to all the infants and toddlers who are all innocent of the calamity they are in right now, i cry with them as they feel discomfort of the places they are in now. I also pray for the senior citizens to please give them more strength to be able to survive this calamity. Lord , for all the rescuers , all official , local and national , thank you for their patience ,courage and good heart to be of service to all their constituents. I am lifting it all up to you my Lord, I know you are the most powerful and by your divine power all of this can stop in just a click. I know we have committed lots of mistakes , i ask for your forgiveness oh Lord. Please hug my whole country , Philippines , so they can feel your LOVE , and for them to know that with YOU they are all safe and warm . Lord thank you for everything. We pray all this through your son Jesus Christ , our saviour, AMEN.

Let's not just approach him when we're down , let's make him our everyday companion and just tell HIM everything, You'll see! for sure, that PRAYER IS INDEED POWERFUL
