Sweet

Dripping off his lips

Like honey

And

Longing for a taste

I encased his lips in mine

Only to be met with

The bitter taste of ipecac

Causing me to gag

And expel all my feelings

Deep from within

He laughed

Turned his back

The love we'd once had

Never to return again
