When we say "organic" you say "permaculture"🎤
Organic!
Permaculture!
Organic!
Permaculture!

When we say we plan on transforming Ojai into a sustainable organic permaculture community, we do NOT mean a half ass version of drugged out hippies passed out from last nights burning man party and on their way to another supposed "conscious" festival where everyone is anything BUT conscious.
We do NOT mean mono cropping organic avocado and pixie trees and just throwing them on a hillside and calling it a day.
We do NOT mean a worm box and calling it vermaculture.
We do NOT mean hugukulture beds as some sort of decorative display with no actual food growing in them.
AND we do NOT mean some rich dude buying up the land as some big money making scheme to grow a giant pharmaceutical ganja operation.

So now that we are clear as to what it is NOT maybe we can move toward what permacuture is.....

Rainbow Warriors see seven generations past and seven generations forward. And we are NOT referring to the monsanto corporation that is NOT organic.

This is the land my children have asked me to help them transform and this is our mission possible until the day we go to the other side.

We need bees. We need to kick monsonto out of our town. We need to kick out Sunkist so that our bees can survive. We will have no food or water if we continue to support the corporations that are poisoning our land.
How?
By investing our time energy and resources into all systems that regenerate.

Companion planting. Avocados need friends too.

Citrus have lots of friends and without their friends they get lonely. Which is why people think they have to feed their fruits all kinds of crazy things to grow. This is not necessary when all is planted together as one happy family all the plants feed eachother.
