Covid19 Lockdown Status in Malaysia and my Homecook Meals

Malaysia has just reached its 1 month of 'movement control order' or I would like to just call it, lockdown period to fight the covid19 pandemic. The Movement Control Order AKA MCO, is a little less strict than the supposedly 'lockdown' regulations but we are still required to stay indoors throughout the day and with a curfew in placed.
Malaysia's Movement Control Order :
- General mass gatherings across the countries including religious, sports, concerts, etc are prohibited.
- No traveling abroad.
- Those who are returning from a foreign country must undergo a 14-day self quarantine.
- Visitors are prohibited to enter into the country.
- All educational institutions are shutdown until further noticed.
- All government and non-government sectors will close except essentials (water, electric, supermarket, clinics, hospitals and etc.)
- Curfew for food delivery services and grocery shoppers is until 8pm daily.
- Only 1 representative of the family may go out to buy essentials.
We've seen a 50% decreased in cases just yesterday and though this is an incredible feat, I won't be off guard just yet. As you know, some idiots are still chancing the government by bringing the whole family out for grocery shopping and still hosting parties in their dorms.
And during this whole pandemic, I've learned to rely on my cooking skills more than ever. I'm glad I started cooking my own meals at the start of this year before this whole covid thing came in. So I knew the essentials of cooking, the amount of groceries to get (no, i didn't panic buy), and how to keep sufficient nutrients daily.
So today, I've decided to show you some of the meals that I've made during this covid19. Nothing fancy shmancy like my other food photos, but still comfort food.

Corn, carrot, cabbage with oyster and soya sauce

Fish fingers, spam with egg, mixed vege

Oyster wine chicken

Just some frankfurters from Johnsonville

My breakfast in the morning

Sometimes I'm feeling grilled cheese sandwich

My favourite honey garlic roasted chicken

Toast in the morning

Chinese Dim Sum

300g teriyaki pork sirloin
I hope that you're doing well spending time at home. I'm not sure about other parts of the world and how they deal with covid19 but I hope that you're safe. These are just some of my homecooked meals and maybe you can share a pic or two under the comment section below of yours too.
Have a great weekend ahead!
