Homemade Pasta with zucchini and cheese
Zucchini is fried in butter and then stewed with cream. Thanks to this, the paste is tender.
Ingredients
- Pasta 200 g
- Salt taste
- Zucchini 300 g
- Butter 2 teaspoons
- Ground black pepper taste
- Cream 100 ml
- Hard cheese 50 g
- Basil taste
Cooking
- Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
2 ․ While they are boiling, cut the zucchini into small pieces or thin small strips.
3 ․ Melt the butter in a pan, put the courgettes in it and fry for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add salt, pepper and cream, mix and simmer for another 5 minutes.
