‘Dead’ man wakes up a few minutes before autopsy
A young man, Himanshu Bharadwaj, who was declared dead after an involvement in a motorcycle accident, woke up moments before his autopsy was performed.

Bharadwaj - 24 years, narrowly avoided being open up after spending the night in a morgue when doctors realised he was still alive.
Himanshu Bharadwaj suffered head injuries after his motorcycle skidded off the road in Chhindwara city of India on Sunday, following which he was referred to Nagpur in neighbouring Maharashtra for treatment, said Dr Sushil Dubey, senior medical officer, Chhindwara district hospital.
Dr. Gedam of the Chhindwara District Hospital said the patient’s “respiration was dysfunctional” and his “pulse was also missing,” hence the erroneous conclusion that he had died.
Gedam added, “However, his respiratory organs began responding this morning.
“At times, in brain-dead patients, the heart and the respiratory system stop functioning transiently, which seems to be the case here.
His family has hailed it as a miracle.
This is crazy!
I think I saw his accident on Live leak. Glad he made it.
The news is a mega one, I am glad he made it, though his family has issued a negligence claim but the Doctors objected that, this is a rare condition of the brain and that what they did was to the best of their medical knowledge and experience.
