A little low on energy today… 🤍

Today I have to be honest… I’m feeling a bit low on energy. Not every day is full of motivation and smiles, and I think it’s okay to admit that too. Sometimes your body and your mind just need a slower pace.

I woke up feeling a little tired, like my energy isn’t fully there, and instead of pushing too hard, I’m trying to listen to myself. There are days to be productive and active, and there are days to just breathe, rest, and take things one step at a time.

Even like this, I’m reminding myself that it’s normal. We’re not meant to feel at 100% all the time. As someone who studies biology, I know our body has its rhythms, and sometimes it simply asks for a pause. Ignoring that only makes things heavier.

So today I’m choosing softness. No pressure, no overthinking, just moving slowly and being kind to myself. A quiet moment, a deep breath, and a little patience can go a long way.
