Have you jumped on the Japanese cheesecake bandwagon yet? I thought why not, it's a snow day. I did mine a little differently, I made it Tiramisu. I used Greek yogurt and cream cheese and instead of the the biscoff cookies I used a no sugar added version, ChocZero Speculoos cookies that I dipped in espresso. Delicious! 😋
