Ok. No worries. I explain you.
For each actifit post you get rewarded with upvote+ tokens by actifit. Once make 7 posts and earn over 100 token then you can use these tokens to exchange for higher value upvote by actifit (approx 1 $) . Currently one token is worth 0.036$ and it will be listed in exchange for sale soon.
Token balance also decide your rank in Actifit.
More token= better rank= more rewards.

So keep earning tokens and sell when you have enough. Any more questions please ask me. Thanks
