As mentioned in the post, links to view user tokens are described in the format http://actifitbot.herokuapp.com/user/devrajsinghrawat, delegator data will be updated on a weekly basis so your link will not show any data atm.

Correct, like I said, delegation data gets updated on a weekly basis, so your data should show by end of week :)
