Correre con il freddo

Tranquillo sabato a casa. Uscito il sole... Sono uscito a correre. Anche se un po freddino. Ho messo il cappello, e nei tratti in ombra ci voleva proprio! Però non sono riuscito a corre per quanto mi ero prefissato: dopo circa 22 minuti e con i battiti ormai a 190 ho dovuto rallentare e camminare. Sarà per il freddo... O per altro... Almeno però sono riuscito a registrare quasi 8k passi

Hai fatto benissimo a provare a correre, e soprattutto a rallentare con il cuore a 190, era una frequenza un po' altina da semplice allenamento quale stavi facendo...
