It was a good day of activity for me, i did over an hour of calisthenics and it broke me off!

I also worked in my yard a bit doing some raking and setting my greenhouse back up after the last wind storm tore it down 🤦‍♂️

In any case it was nice to be able to spend the day outside for a change of pace..

We 've got a garden thats going beserk right now - not big, but plenty of food for us over the next few months.

We're lucky, the work is minimal for the rewards. (basically, if you leave a rock unattended, it will become a boulder in 12 weeks).

I'm getting old - I can feel the relatively mild work involved in my body the day after.
Note to self * do some more exercise.*

I love it when that unexpectedly happens :0) There is nothing like fresh homegrown food with little to no work!

I know the feeling of getting old bro, that's why I have been working out a lot more.. Of course now Im just sore AND tired all the time LMAO..
