15 January 2023 : My Actifit-Samsung Health Report

Sometimes you shouldn't try to understand...
Today was an almost sunny day with little to no rain. But even today I didn't feel like a long walk. As I said yesterday, my targets have almost never been achieved this week, so I can't catch up anymore.

However, I had a lot to do and I was busy all day. Actually, my step count and walking were a far from my bed show today.
Until this tonight. In preparation for this report, I decided to take a look at my apps and, to my great surprise, both targets were met. Both the 10.000 steps and the 10 km 😲

Apparently it's better to be busy than to go for a walk! Just not sure if this will also work when I'm very busy behind the computer 😉
