My Actifit Report Card: January 27 2020
I had a great start for the week.
I love it when you reach your goal on a Monday to begin the week, started off today very early doing my exercises consisting of sit-ups push-ups and lifting weights.
Surprisingly I had plenty of energy when I got to work, it seems like working out has been giving me more energy that lasts throughout the day.
After work, I did a little jogging and then some house chores and Wham-O, I reached my step-count goal of 10,000 steps.
I'm not sure when my next report will be so until then I hope you all had a great Monday and reach your goals for the day.
