My Actifit Report Card: December 20 2025

Hope everyone is doing well.

Today the weather was quite cold. It rained earlier in the day, and after that the cold really increased. The air felt fresh, but the chill was strong, especially in the evening. Walking outside in this weather feels different — quiet roads, cloudy sky, and that soft sound of rain still in the air.

I still managed to go out and get some steps done. It wasn’t a long walk, but it felt good to move the body despite the cold. Sometimes even a short walk in such weather refreshes the mind more than a long one on a sunny day.

Cold weather, rain, and a bit of movement — a simple day, but a peaceful one.
