My Actifit Report Card: December 12 2025

Hey everyone,
Assalam o Alaikum to all. I hope all of you are doing fine. I am also okay today, just the cold weather made me a bit slow in the morning. Friday always feels a little different, you know… house also gets a bit busy and outside the environment also changes.

My activity today was not that big. I did a small walk, then some small house tasks here and there. In winter it’s hard to move too much, but I still tried to walk a little so Actifit doesn’t go empty and the body also keeps moving.

I also went for Jumma prayer. In the mosque there is a totally different peace on this day. When I prayed, I actually felt a kind of spiritual feeling, like the heart becomes light and calm for a while. There were many people but that also feels nice on Friday, everybody together for the same prayer.

After coming back I rested a bit, then did some small cleaning and normal routine. Steps are not very high today but it’s fine, the weather and the Friday mood both make the day slow.

So today was simple, slow, peaceful, a little bit spiritual, and a little bit cold.
